Yes, we have quality kitchen supplies for everyone! While we are primarily business to business, we have one of the largest showrooms in Iowa and have experienced sales personnel ready to assist you. Our hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am-12:00 pm.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, local checks, and the following credit cards; Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover. Check payment may result in delayed shipment while funds clear the bank.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Iowa sales tax applies to all products delivered to customers within the state of Iowa unless you are sales tax exempt, or unless the product you are purchasing is exempt. We will not charge sales tax on items delivered from our Iowa facilities to customers outside of Iowa. Special orders shipped directly from our vendors to customers outside of Iowa may be subject to sales tax.

Do you rent items?
Yes, our rental machines include soft serve ice cream, slush, cotton candy, popcorn, sno-kone, chocolate fountain, hot dog steamer, nacho chip warmer with cheese pump and more. These items are great for special events! Contact us for availability at (515)265-2554 or info@boltonhay.com.

Do you buy and sell used equipment and supply items?
Yes, we either buy outright or take trade-ins on used items. We have a large supply of used items for sale in our warehouse showroom.

Can you help design a foodservice facility?
Yes, we have many years of experience designing foodservice facilities all over the state. Types of facilities include restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals, churches, bars, country clubs, convenience stores, nursing homes, concession stands, and more. Can I bring my own food/menu items to try in the test kitchen?

What is your return policy?
