Prices shown do not include any taxes nor do they include any freight. Prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Bolton & Hay is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. Unless otherwise noted, all items shown are in stock and ready for immediate shipment or pick-up. Delivery times may vary due to factory order requirements. No broken cases allowed on special orders.
A charge to cover shipping and handling expenses will be added to orders shipped to our customers.
Most orders will be shipped the same business day. Orders for rush delivery, hazardous material or liftgate delivery are subject to additional charges. Please make arrangements for unloading of large items. Occasionally we are out of an item, no substitution will be made without your approval. Back orders are automatic and shipped prepaid on stock supply items. Supply orders over $25.00 are delivered free to the Des Moines metropolitan area. Delivery, assembly and installation services are not included but are available for a nominal charge.
Call or visit us to obtain the availability of used equipment. Used equipment is subject to prior sale and is sold as-is. We also offer a selection of discontinued, damaged and close-out merchandise at a substantial discount.
To open a business account please request a credit application form. On open account terms payment is due net 10th of the month after date of invoice. Past due balances are subject to 1% service charge per month. Charge orders of less than $25.00 are subject to a $5.00 service fee. Cash and check sales at our showroom have no minimum amount. We also have leasing plans available. Call us for information or contact us.
We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard. Payments may be made in person, mailed, over the phone or by credit card. Items may also be purchased over the internet. We can also ship merchandise "C.O.D.". A charge of $5.00 will be added to your invoice. There is a $20.00 charge for returned checks.
| Warranty and Limitation Liability |
Products sold by Bolton & Hay are warranted to the extent of the manufacturers’ expressed warranties to us. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and is in lieu of any and all other obligations or liability on our part. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any incidental or consequential damage or expense of any kind. To obtain service information please consult your owners manual or local service agent for information.
We thoroughly inspect all items prior to shipment. Merchandise becomes the buyers property at the point of shipment. Please inspect merchandise thoroughly and note any damage on the freight bill. A freight claim must be filed with the carrier immediately. We cannot file a freight claim for you. Notify the carrier within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise for concealed damage.
No returns accepted after 30 days of purchase. Please call for return instructions and provide invoice number and reason for return. Without prior authorization, all merchandise will be refused. All returns must be sent prepaid and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit refund. Merchandise may be subject to restocking/freight charge based upon the condition of the merchandise or factory policy. Custom merchandise cannot be returned. Bolton & Hay’s or factory error will be picked-up at our expense.

Title to the property contracted to be sold by Bolton & Hay, Inc. shall at all times, wherever located, remain with Bolton & Hay, Inc. until same has been fully paid for (including any finance and late charge) by the purchaser.
No representations, warranties, or conditions, other than those appearing hereon, will be binding upon either party unless specifically spelled out on the order. Bolton & Hay, Inc. will not be liable for any delay or substitution of items on the order due to any cause that is beyond the control of Bolton & Hay, Inc. The terms and conditions on this policy page are part of every order accepted by Bolton & Hay, Inc. no matter what form or format is used.
We reserve the right to modify/change policy as conditions may dictate.
